In 1979 I had my name changed legally twelve times as a didactic work of art. (See Name Change) T.M. Dossett was the eighth name of the twelve. I assigned a specific body of work to this name and have continued to create and exhibit the work by T.M. Dossett. This art uses as a point of departure the relationship between the African American culture and the white culture especially in the southern United States.
